Glossy Girl Beauty reserves the right to deny requests for refunds and store credit. No exchanges will be accepted due to the nature of the product.

We strive for all products to be of quality meaning we offer cruelty free and Vegan for all of our products. All ingredients are listed in product description and are subject to change.

Glossy Girl Beauty is very committed to provide you with the best products as well as great customer service. Please contact us first by email at shopglossygirl@gmail.com for any  questions or problems with your order to resolve and will determine if  store credit or refund  will be completed. 

If any changes/corrections are needed to your order (you have up to 48 hours after purchase and this should be communicated by email).

 

Glossy Girl Beauty is not responsible for any packages that are lost in the mail after it says delivered.

All items are made to order please give processing 2-3 days (does not include weekends)  then items will be shipped out along with tracking information sent via email.
