Glossy girl beauty reserves the right to deny requests for refunds, store credit.No exchanges will be accepted due to the nature of the product.

We strives for all products to be of quality meaning we offer cruelty free and Vegan for all of our products. All ingredients are listed in product description and are subject to change.

Glossy girl beauty is very committed to provide you with the best products as well as great customer service. Please email us  at shopglossygirl@gmail.com, or on social media via dm with any issues with your products or questions, IF you need to make any changes to your purchase (you have up to 48 hours to make any changes). If any issues with orders please contact us first to resolve the issue and refund or store credit will be determined. 

Glossy girl beauty is not responsible for any packages that are lost in the mail after it says delivered.

All items are made to order please give processing 2-3 days (does not include weekends)  then items will be shipped out along with tracking information via email.
